Kim Cahill

Kim Cahill, a native of the piney woods of East Texas, began testing recipes with her 5 younger siblings, then for excited neighbors and at church banquets.



Graduating from Culinary Arts training, she took on the position of Food Service Director at the Riverfront Character Inn/ Christian Conference Center in Flint, Michigan. Managing the kitchen there for 5 years until they closed gave opportunity to serve event banquet dinners for up to 1200, along with daily meals for 150 staff and college students, teach cooking courses, and apprentice kitchen staff.



Moving to the Santa Cruz mountains redwoods in California, Kim organized the Food Service at the Mount Hermon Christian Conference Center. As Production Manager, she oversaw food ordering and production, coordinating meals for multiple guest groups up to 900, hiring and scheduling 20-30 employees.
